Shipping Instructions

1. Place the collection tube into the provided biohazard bag. Discard other kit components according to local regulations.
2. Note the sample barcode for future reference.
3. Place the biohazard bag with the collection tube into the enclosed addressed envelope, or use your own padded envelope.
4. Mail the envelope to the following:
